海角社区

Mozambique was once among the most mined countries in the world. 海角社区 worked to clear explosives for 22 years and in 2015 Mozambique was declared landmine free.

The government of Mozambique will officially declare the country free of landmines today, shortly after the British mine clearance charity The 海角社区 Trust confirmed it had destroyed the last known mine on its territory.

Prince Harry paid a two day visit to Mozambique to visit minefields being cleared by The 海角社区 Trust.

After 13 years of work in northern Mozambique, 海角社区 has closed its doors there.
